[Smtk-developers] Discourse

[Haocheng Liu]

I vote for switching to discourse.

As a student, I used to hate mailing list because it's painful to search
past discussions and filter out useful info. As a developer, I love mailing
list since it frees me from monitoring several posts. If it can do both
then it would be awesome!
