[Smtk-developers] High Sierra, Xcode 9

One other issue I've had (independent of High Sierra) is MOAB not installing a MOABTargets.cmake and MOABTargets-<BUILD_MODE>.cmake file in addition to MOABConfig.cmake. Has anyone else had this problem? I worked around it (hacked my own versions), but it is odd.
