[Smtk-developers] Operator View Change

Hi All,

By default all View will show category and advance level filtering - though this behavior makes sense for simulation-input Views, Operator Views rarely (if ever) have category information and many don’t have advance items.  So I propose the Operator View has those off by default and if the specific operator wants to enable these item filters, they can turn them on in their sbt file.

I’ve made the change but will hold off the commit until this evening so people can weigh in.
