Pinging is important, too.

I've submitted a branch to fix some of the warnings and assigned you (Yumin) to it, since "the squeaky ping gets the packets" (to paraphrase an old adage).

1. I am leaving the remaining warnings to Ben (inside MOAB) and Rob (inside smtk::mesh).

2. There is also the windows build failure (linking mesh-related tests) and the 3 failing tests you pointed out.

3. Finally, it looks like endor is periodically grabbing the desktop instead of the test window? What do we need to do to fix that? (Presumably VTK/PV or other projects have had similar issues?)
