[Smtk-developers] Rebased smtk_mesh

Hi Rob,

I've pushed a rebased-and-patched version of your smtk_mesh branch to

  https://github.com/vibraphone/SMTK/tree/smtk_mesh_rebased

It builds against SMTK's master branch that has renamed libraries and options. However, it seems to make CGM tests die with segfaults (deep inside CGM/OpenCascade) so I have not merged it yet. Valgrind has not revealed anything useful (other than dereferencing NULL as the cause of the segfault).
