[Smtk-developers] Repository now on github

Hi all,

The official SMTK repository is now on github at:

    https://github.com/Kitware/SMTK

The original repository URL is now a clone of the github repo, synchronized every 10 minutes by a robot. Push access by humans to the old repo is now disabled.

All future changes should be pull requests submitted to github as pull requests.
